Q. What is this set?

A one-time set: 4 hamburger steaks (with special sauce) delivered to you, plus one hamburger meal delivered to a child in need. No subscription, no auto-billing.

Q. Do you ship overseas?

No — shipping is within Japan only. To support the kids from overseas, please use the Shohinken (Smile Voucher).

Q. What is the Shohinken?

¥500 = one hamburger meal donated to one child in need. Nothing is shipped to you.

Q. Can I buy more than one?

Yes. Simply increase the quantity — 2 vouchers = 2 meals, 10 vouchers = 10 meals.

Q. Can I buy from overseas?

Yes. The Shohinken involves no shipping, so it is available worldwide.

Q. When does it arrive?

We ship on the 1st of every month. Orders placed this month ship on the 1st of next month.

Q. How do I cancel?

Anytime, by email (kuzuhara.teikibin.support@gmail.com). No complicated steps.

Q. Will I be double-charged?

Never. One charge per month, one delivery per month.

Q. When am I billed?

First charge on the day you sign up, then monthly on the same date. Your box ships on the following 1st.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card only (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX).

Q. Can I order or ask questions by phone?
